Lumina Tower is a 42-storey mixed-use high-rise engineered to achieve net-zero operational carbon. Its twisted form optimises wind deflection and maximises photovoltaic surface area. A vertical green spine of planted sky gardens aerates interior floors and provides residents with a seamless connection to nature at every level.
