Zephyr Villa occupies a hillcrest site, orientated to catch prevailing breezes through a system of louvred walls and cross-ventilated corridors. Its low horizontal form minimises its footprint while maximising passive cooling. The pool is positioned as a thermal mass element, reflecting afternoon sky light deep into the living spaces.
